The teachings will take place at the International Exhibition Centre Ķīpsala at the Ķīpsala island on the Daugava River, 10 minutes by tram form the historical part of Riga.

The Exhibition Hall II seats 5000 persons and will be equipped with large screens to provide good view of the stage for all the participants.
