Translation

His Holiness the Dalai Lama will give teachings primarily in Tibetan. The teachings will be simultaneously translated into Latvian, Russian and English. The translations will be broadcast in the FM range.

You may use your mobile phone with built in FM radio or a portable FM radio set to listen to the translation. Please make sure your phone is fully charged, and you have enough spare batteries for your radio set. Please bring the corresponding earphones.
